Fort Irwin Dental Clinic Command Cases its Guidon
29 July 2025 – The Fort Irwin Dental Clinic Command cases its guidon in a deactivation ceremony. The final unit commander, LTC Lloyd Ancman, and the command’s first sergeant, MSG Francisco Roman, acknowledged the legacy of the command and the commitment to providing quality dental care to the Soldiers assigned to Fort Irwin. Going forward, all dental services at Fort Irwin fall under the authority of the commander of Weed Army Community Hospital.
