AAD Membership
Who Can Join the AAD
The Association of Army Dentistry welcomes all active duty and retired members of the Army Dental Care Team including:
- Enlisted Soldiers
- Noncommissioned Officers
- Commissioned Officers
- Department of the Army Civilians
- Spouses and Surviving Spouses of members of the Army Dental Care Team
AAD membership is also extended to:
- Members of all military branches, including Reserve and National Guard
- Friends of Army Dentistry
- Supporters of the AAD mission
To become a member of the Association of Army Dentistry you may apply online or by mail. Use the Apply Online Today button above to complete the application process online. Or, if you prefer, you may download and print the Membership Form, and mail the completed form with your payment to the address on the form.

General Membership
$25.00 / year
Student Membership
(an individual enrolled in a dental program leading to a certificate or degree)
$10.00 / year
Lifetime Membership
$750 one-time fee
Membership Renewal
Memberships are for a calendar year. Current members will receive a reminder to renew before the end of the calendar year.
Current members may renew online at any time. Go to
